Job Overview
The Patient Concierge plays a vital role in enhancing the patient experience by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within a medical office setting. We are seeking an individual with a 'Retail Mentality' that can bring a 'How can I help you' approach to our medical practice. An outgoing and friendly personality with exceptional customer service is a MUST.
This position is responsible for coordinating patient communications, managing appointments, and ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and administrative support, enabling them to effectively assist patients and healthcare providers.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/out procedures.
- Individual must be positive and approachable. Presentation is very important in our aesthetic industry.
- Schedule/reschedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of time for both patients and providers.
- Responding to patient communications by email, text and phone calls. Ensuring the information reaches the appropriate staff member.
- Maintaining our customer "LeadLoop" patient tracking system. Training will be provided. Engaging in first contact to ensure inquiries are transferred to the appropriate patient coordinator.
- Provide information to patients from out of town, with hotel recommendations and onsite nursing if required.
- Offering patient amenities (such as coffee, cold beverages, etc.)
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Liaison between reception and medical team/management
- Assist with marketing project and special events/public relations as needed.
- New patient 'Thank You' messages.

Pay: $28.85 - $36.00 per hour
