The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing methods to improve inter and intra-departmental communication, participating in employee relations functions, such as addressing grievances, dispute resolution, discipline, communications, and reward practices, and administering benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in employee relations, benefits administration, and communication. They will also be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Organizing and implementing performance management activities, including stay interviews and performance discussions.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and at least 3 years of HR management experience. You should also possess exceptional organizational skills, high executive functioning, and strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and best practices.
