We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving employee relations and development initiatives, communicating effectively with employees across all levels of our organization, and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating a positive culture, hiring/recruiting, benefits administration, on-boarding/off-boarding, managing performance, safety, and recordkeeping. They will also be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Organizing and implementing performance management activities, including stay interviews and performance discussions.
- Establishing and implementing methods to improve inter and intra-departmental communication.
- Participating in employee relations functions, such as addressing grievances, dispute resolution, discipline, communications, and reward practices.
- Administering benefit programs, assisting employees in finding answers, providing census information to brokers, conducting open enrollment, arranging employee meetings with benefit providers, and reporting.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and at least 3 years of HR management experience. You should also possess exceptional organizational skills, high executive functioning, and strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and best practices.
