We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing short-term and long-term recruitment strategies to ensure appropriate placements are made on a continual basis.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. They will also be responsible for:
- Designing and developing comprehensive on-boarding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and training for all new employees.
- Managing employee retention by assessing skills, implementing appropriate training, and providing career paths where possible.
- Conducting employee surveys and recommending employment enrichment ideas to management.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and at least 3 years of HR management experience. You should also possess exceptional organizational skills, high executive functioning, and strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and best practices.
