We are seeking a Construction Assistant to join our team and support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of construction activities.
Duties
- Provide administrative support to the construction team
- Assist in coordinating project schedules and timelines
- Manage and organize project documentation and files
- Secure materials from around the world - must possess proficient computer skills
- Pick up and deliver various products in the Reno area - must have a good driving record
- Help maintain a clean and organized construction site
Skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google searches
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files and documents efficiently
- Experience in office management or as a personal assistant is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and clerical duties
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous - Spanish/English
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of basic construction would be beneficial
Job Types: Part-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
