Human Resources Manager wanted onsite - PB Heat / Peerless Boilers
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage various HR programs effectively. Some safety experience highly preferred.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversees all HR matters, including but not limited to: strategic planning, employee development, talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws, including FMLA regulations.
- Manages payroll processes and ensure accurate processing of employee compensation.
- Develops and implements HR policies and programs that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Utilizes PAYLOCITY for timekeeping and workforce management to streamline HR operations.
- Provides guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Fosters a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.
- Leads program management efforts for training, development, and performance evaluation processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of legal, regulatory and compliance standards;
- Applicable knowledge in areas of safety, strategic planning, workforce development, training and employee relations best practices .
- Proficiency in HRIS and ERP software system - i.e., Paylocity for payroll and timekeeping functions; Netsuite Oracle for enterprise resource planning and accounting / budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
