Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising a team of janitorial staff.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met, addressing any quality concerns, and providing feedback to staff.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning services.
- Monitoring cleaning costs, managing inventory of supplies and equipment, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Developing cleaning plans for each site, including task assignments, schedules, and necessary supplies.
- Ensuring adherence to all safety regulations, cleaning standards, and company policies.
- Preparing reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and client satisfaction.
- Addressing any cleaning-related issues or emergencies that arise at the site.
- Overseeing the proper maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial cleaning operations and supervisory roles
