The Application Engineer is responsible for assisting with the quoting and sourcing of products and services for customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the quoting and sourcing of products and services for customers.
- Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop technical solutions.
- Prepare quotes for customers.
- Work with the supply chain team to source products and materials at the best possible price.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Work with Engineering on technical solutions.
- Stay up to date on the latest products and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in an engineering role.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with quoting and sourcing products and services.
- Experience with technical writing.
- Experience with customer support.
- Experience with CAD software.
