Inside Sales
Faco, on the NE side of Indianapolis, is a 60 year old manufacturer representative company for industrial heating and cooling. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our thriving sales team. In this role, you will handle customer requests, help determine product needs, build relationships with clients, and enter orders within the office. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for service, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced setting.
Duties:
- Handle customer requests for quotes, product data, order status, and related information.
- Present and demonstrate Faco products and services to prospects via phone, video calls, walk ins, or online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting new markets or customer segments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and objections.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and nurture them through the sales process.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role (preferred but not required).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Must be dependable, have an outgoing friendly/pleasant demeaner and have a strong work ethic.
