Factory Direct Windows & Doors is hiring a dependable and experienced Window & Door Installer for hourly work. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and ensure high-quality workmanship on residential window and door projects.
Responsibilities:
- Install windows and doors at residential properties
- Manage small installation jobs from start to finish
- Perform service work and job punch-out tasks after inspection
- Unload trucks and handle materials safely
- Run job-related supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service on every job site
Requirements:
- Proven experience in window and door installation
- Ability to work independently and follow installation protocols
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required
- Must have your own basic tools (specialty tools provided as needed)
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends if needed
Pay:
- Based on experience. Competitive hourly rate.
