What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Processor position at Factory Door?
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our dynamic team.
The Order Processor is responsible for processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. This position involves working closely with the internal/external sales teams, customers, and the warehouse staff to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
The Order Processor monitors incoming and pending orders and back orders. This position enters order details and customer information in a central database, and confirms all order details.
The Order Processor also handles customer and sales rep queries regarding orders, inventory, shipment information, and damage claims.
A minimum of a High School diploma is required, along with 3 years of work experience in order processing or customer service in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and computer literacy is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.63 - $20.77 per hour
