This role is crucial in supporting the daily functions of our HR department, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate new hire onboarding.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and manage documentation related to hiring, performance, and compliance.
- Benefits & Payroll Support: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, process payroll changes, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Compliance & Policy Implementation: Support adherence to employment laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, assist in conflict resolution, and coordinate team-building activities.
- HR Projects & Initiatives: Help develop and implement programs that support company culture, training, and employee development.
- 1-3 years of HR experience (or related administrative experience).
