JOB OVERVIEW
The audio technician (A2) will work closely with the sound mixer and production manager to make sure all the necessary microphone, in-ear monitoring and communications systems are in place and working properly for all theatrical and music performances presented in the theatre. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience as an A2 or Audio technician in live or televised entertainment of theatrical and music performances and experience in the live missing and recording of Music Performances.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Work directly with the Senior Audio Engineer in the load in and setup of all live productions, music performances and live events in the Faena Theater and Faena District.
- Maintain the microphones, communications, and cabling systems for all owned audio equipment.
- Replace the Audio Mixer in all situations that require an additional monitor mixer or FOH mixer for all live theater productions, music performances and live events.
