JOB OVERVIEW
Attend to Faena House Residents in the Pool and Beach area, courteously and efficiently according to Faena specifications. Assist in the maintenance of the Pool and Beach area and equipment specifically to Faena House. The Faena House Pool and Beach Concierge serves as an attendant and server to the Faena House Residents.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
- Resolves residents’ complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
- Be familiar with all hotel and residences services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to residents inquiries accurately.
- Maintains complete knowledge of Lounge/seat/cabana/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation and proper table set-up of the Pool & Beach.
- Completes opening and closing side duties as assigned.
- Understands and responds to all guest needs and request in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintains pool and beach policies and procedures, ensures professional standards of operations.
- Maintains adequate inventory of all necessary pool and beach supplies and equipment.
- Monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
- Maintains complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available in the assigned outlet.
- Collects soiled towels and rented swimming attire for laundering.
- Accepts guests' food and beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques.
- Input order into system and ensure transmission of food orders is verified by Kitchen
- Make all varieties of coffee.
- Serve all food courses and beverage items to the guest.
- Removes soiled wares from tables as assigned and transports to dishwashing area.
- Adheres to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
- Extends appreciation for guest patronage and invite them to return.
- Cleans and reset tables immediately after guest departs.
