As a Production Coordinator at Faherty, you’ll play a key role in managing the full production cycle—from confirming bulk orders to collaborating with overseas partners and cross-functional teams. As a Production Coordinator at Faherty, you’ll play a key role in managing the full production cycle—from confirming bulk orders to collaborating with overseas partners and cross-functional teams. You’ll ensure that every product meets our quality standards and is delivered on time by managing timelines, solving production challenges, and maintaining strong communication with suppliers. What you’ll do:
- Handing all production cycle for seasonal & chase.
- Confirm bulk orders from Linelist Portal and release them to oversea partners with target XFTY dates.
- Monitor WIP from Airtable & Linelist Portal for all order ensuring TNA for approval samples & materials make senses & would work to maintain the confirmed delivery dates for vendors and cross functional departments.
- Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure fabrics/trims/dry & wet finishes, etc.. all pre-production processes are approved for production in a time manner.
- Maintain PO’s up to date & review PO Detail report weekly. host weekly production WIP with oversea partners to follow up on the shipping status and update internal teams with potential order problems.
- Communicate with suppliers daily and resolving issues. Manage production timelines, reviewing reports and recommending solutions to exceptions.
- Attend production fit-meetings to ensure problems are highlighted and communicated to factories and relevant departments and to monitor any changes that may affect costings.
- Review failures in garment testing & QC Inspection and provide comments promptly.
- Manage seasonal liability in raw material and share the details with internal teams to utilize in coming season and anything cannot be use need to pass down to payable dept for payment.
- Bachelor’s degree required,
- At least 5 years production experience in Apparel category preferred with US buying office or large trading business.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to organize data and communicate findings with various audiences.
- Strong analytical and organizational skill, ability to conduct data analysis and extract critical points for team review.
- Flexible and Adaptable - priorities change frequently based on business demands, the ability to change direction quickly is critical.
- High level of skill with Microsoft Excel, business, and system maintenance, generate analysis and report from systems.

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
