The Human Resources Assistant will provide full support to company employees under the direction of the Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains confidentiality of all Human Resources related issues.
Receives, documents, and assists with incoming employee relations issues.
Documents discipline requests and corrective process actions.
Assists in coordinating and conducting HR-related training for all employees as needed.
Enter and maintain employee data into the human resources information system, training database and timekeeping system.
Coordinates onboarding and orientation for new and rehires.
Assists and supports employees in administrative HR related matters.

Salary : $17 - $20
