Job Summary
The Child/Adolescent Behavioral Health Clinical Lead will supervise the clinical team, ensuring delivered services meet our mission and vision. This role involves overseeing admissions, scheduling, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Service Delivery: Monitor admissions, discharges, and empanelment processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Team Supervision: Run weekly group supervision, provide individual feedback, and conduct annual performance evaluations.
- Clinical Coverage: Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage across sites and during extended hours.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular chart audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and improve clinical outcomes.
