About the Position
The Child/Adolescent Behavioral Health Clinical Lead is responsible for overseeing the clinical team, ensuring high-quality services are delivered that meet the mission and vision of Fair Haven Community Health Care.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise Clinical Team Members: Provide guidance, support, and oversight to ensure effective service delivery.
- Develop and Implement Policies: Collaborate with the Director of Behavioral Health to develop policies and procedures that promote best practices.
- Monitor and Improve Quality: Conduct regular chart audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance clinical outcomes.
- Recruit and Develop Staff: Assist in hiring new staff members and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a Relevant Field
- 5 Years of Experience in a Similar Role
- Current Licensure in a Relevant Field
- Bilingual Skills (English/Spanish)
