Our spacious private and shared studio apartments offer excellent views of mature landscaping and colorful courtyards.
We provide specialized care plans specific to the unique needs of each resident. We work with families, doctors, and other support groups to ensure we provide the right amount of care and attention, but not so much that we inhibit independence.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced candidate to cooperate, coordinate, participate with our management team.
The candidate will ensure that our Assisted Living and Memory Care facility is adhering to company policies and Community Care Licensing regulations (Title XXII). This is a salaried position with bonuses.
Management Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with care staff to train, schedule, and manage team operations effectively.
- Collaborates on resident care assessments and the development of care plans.
- Collaborates with management to ensure adequate staffing levels within the community.
- Collaborates in the admission process for new residents and regularly evaluates care levels to meet residents' needs.
- Collaborates with external care providers and families to maintain up-to-date care practices.
- Collaborates in overseeing medication management, ensuring compliance, and conducting regular audits.
- Collaborates on the planning and delivery of continuing education and training for care staff.
- Collaborates with management to respond to care-related emergencies as needed.
- Collaborates on the use and implementation of technology and software, including the resident management system.
Qualifications
- Understands Title XXII rules and regulations.
- Must be CPR certified and pass a criminal background check.
- Must have previous management experience in a skilled nursing facility or an assisted living community.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must be reliable, hard-working, upbeat, work well with others, a team player, and have a can-do attitude.
- Minimum of 2-years previous experience as RCC or lead medication tech.
