Position Summary
The Finance Intern will support the Finance and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with supporting processes, month-end activities and data analysis and processing.

Work is performed in a office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Position Summary
The Finance Intern will support the Finance and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with supporting processes, month-end activities and data analysis and processing.
Responsibilities
- Support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment tracking
- Assist in FPA activities such as analyzing financial data and trends to provide insights for decision-making
- Assist in month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Utilize ERP system and other tools to support data analysis and processing
- Conduct ad-hoc reports per management requests
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SAP, OnBase, or Adaptive is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
