Position Summary
As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. You will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and other HR functions.

Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and updating employee records.
- Support employee relations activities, including investigating employee complaints, conducting exit interviews, and maintaining employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions, tracking employee training records, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work on-site.
