Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to educate customers, distributors, and internal teams on the technical aspects of Fair-Rite's products.
- Generate engaging technical content, including videos, articles, and documentation, to facilitate understanding and promote Fair-Rite products worldwide.
- Conduct training sessions for our distribution network, ensuring they acquire the necessary technical knowledge to provide effective support to customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries both remotely and in person, working closely with customers to address challenges and provide solutions.
