Dietary Manager
Fair View Health Care Center has an opening for a Dietary Manager. Experience in long-term care dietary management preferred. We prefer you have a current Serv Safe Certification, or be willing to get one.
**
*Duties Include (but are not limited to)*
- Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the dietary department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Assure that quality nutritional services are provided on daily basis for the residents.
- Participate in the budgeting process
- Be accountable for the departmental budget and food costs.
- Select, supervise, and motivate the dietary staff, encourage to work as a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
