The Patient Care Coordinator supports this 5-star customer service experience through excellent phone skills, attention to detail, organization, and multitasking but most importantly through interpersonal skills such as:

Goals of the Patient Care Coordinator:
- Patient Care - Encouraging and supporting healthy patient oral habits by keeping hygiene schedule at least 85% full through recare and reactivation by building value in oral health and education.
- Patient Experience - Generate 1-2 five-star Google reviews weekly through clear and direct patient communication, laughter, teamwork, accountability, empathy, compassion, and genuineness.
- Patient Connection - Creating meaningful connections with patients by responding to all customer inquiries (phone calls, emails, voicemails, and texts) within 24 hours. In addition, mitigating patient concerns, preparing paperwork, and assisting providers and assistants to have patients seated by the start of their appointment time.
- Patient Trust/Confidence - Ensure patient confidence through accurate estimates and treatment plans by completing 90% of patient insurance verification 48 hours in advance.
This position is four days per week between Mon-Thursday during the hours of 7:30am-4:30pm
Prerequisites:
- Experience in customer service necessary
- Background in dental or medical field valued
- Office finance and computer comprehension helpful
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to commit to at least two years of epicness
