Our office is looking for a positive, charismatic, energetic, and self-motivated individual to help assist the doctor with serving the community and surrounding communities with the highest quality and standards of patient care and comfort.
Patient Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist
Primary responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining appearance and order of oral surgery office, patient scheduling, and patient management
- The job duties include greeting patients, answer telephone calls, respond to and send emails/faxes, gather information from patients upon patients arrival by having them fill out forms, schedule and confirm appointments, receive patient payments, record them in a database, and provide receipts to patients
- Conduct patient insurance verification
Personal Requirements
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Billing and collections experience preferred
- Working knowledge of computers for Microsoft Office, scheduling, insurance claims processing and records management. WinOMS experience preferred.
Hours:
- 30-40 hours per week. Monday -- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

- Compensation commensurate with experience.
