Job Title : Community Operations Director – Beloit200 (Part-Time, Contractor)

Hours : 25 hours per week

Since 1988, Beloit200 has led transformative public-private initiatives to revitalize the historic core of Beloit, Wisconsin. Focused on enhancing the quality of life and economic growth around the Rock River, our mission is to convert Beloit’s City Center into a vibrant regional hub. Our work has helped shape the surrounding neighborhoods and establish a thriving community that proudly serves a population of over 110,000.

We are seeking a dedicated, part-time leader to join us as a contractor, taking on the vital role of Community Operations Director to manage the day-to-day activities of Beloit200.

Position Overview

As the Community Operations Director, you will oversee key operational initiatives and act as an ambassador for the Beloit200 mission. In this dynamic role, you’ll multitask across projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and support initiatives that address Housing,

Safety, and Education . You’ll work closely with the Executive Director and Board to foster Beloit’s continued growth and transformation.

Core Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Manage daily communications, scheduling, and operational workflows.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead Beloit200 meetings, including community-focused City Center meetings.
• Create agendas, maintain proper documentation, and oversee marketing for organization-led events and initiatives.
