· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for product enhancements and cost-saving initiatives, including replacing obsolete components and optimizing system efficiency.

· Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis: Lead troubleshooting efforts, providing innovative solutions to address engine production challenges, non-conformance issues, and corrective actions.

· Support & Reporting: Generate test reports that ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. Provide ongoing technical support for active projects and future proposals.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering, or an equivalent field.

· Minimum of 3 years of systems engineering experience, preferably with a focus on diesel generator sets, marine diesel engines, or fluid system design.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively document and present complex technical information.

· Willingness to travel (0-10%) to engage with customers and ensure project success.

· Fluency in English required; additional proficiency in French, German, or Danish is a plus.

· Must be eligible to obtain Government Security Clearance. Active Secret clearance is preferred.
