What Youll Do:
As an Account Manager, youll be at the center of our operations, taking full responsibility for your book of business. Youll build relationships with customers across the USA and Canada, ensuring they receive best-in-class service while helping us grow the business.
- Ownership & Accountability: Manage your assigned portfolio of high-volume accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Drive Revenue: Generate new business by proactively contacting potential customers, cold-calling, and cultivating relationships to increase revenue streams.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and become the trusted point of contact for all things logistics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the corporate sales team to support both new and existing customer growth, sharing insights and strategies.
- Logistics Operations: Dispatch company drivers, broker freight, solicit customers, expand our carrier network, and manage the day-to-day operations for your accounts.
- Strategic Input: Prepare customer quotes, develop marketing materials, and assist in setting competitive pricing strategies.
- Adaptability: No two days are the same youll be tackling a variety of tasks to ensure customer success and business growth.
- Proven Leadership & Experience: Youve successfully managed high-volume accounts, with experience working with clients across the USA and Canada.
- Logistics Experience: Only seasoned logistics professionals need to apply; we require at least 2 years of logistics Account Management experience to consider you.
- B2B Sales Expertise: You have a strong sales background and arent afraid to pick up the phone and cold-call potential customers to grow your business book.
