Will be located inside and outside one of the company offices and have the ability to Travel 10% of the time. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to grab, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 on occasion. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Schedule
- Morning preference due to outside work in the summer.
- We have the flexibility to work around school or another job but we are looking for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- This is a seasonal role starting in April (end time to be discussed with individual candidates based on experience)
- Assist with general exterior including but not limited to mowing, weed eating, mulching, tree trimming, general lawn care, TSI (Timber Stand Improvement), brush removal, native plantings, solar panel management, garden and orchard management, snow removal (will be on call for snow removal), etc.
- Assist with general interior such as vacuuming, polishing of metalwork, woodwork, and floors, light cleaning, management/stocking of company swag and trade show material prep, and assisting and supporting FairCom’s Green Initiatives.
- Assist with warehouse management, placing and retrieving items stored as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools, power drills, chainsaws, lawnmowers, snow removal equipment, ladders, tractors, loaders, forklifts, powerwashers, etc.
- Assist with company vehicle fleet and equipment maintenance and management.
- Help with new office setups and build or move furniture on occasion.
- Ensure safety standards are followed throughout FairCom’s buildings and grounds.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Valid Driver’s License
- At least 1 year of landscaping experience or other similar hard labor work.
- Knowledge and ability to perform or quickly learn general maintenance.
- Must be willing and able to perform physically demanding tasks in all different types of weather conditions.
- Basic technical skills to manage tasks in project management software and utilize Google Suite including calendars, Gmail, excel, etc.
