This is a great opportunity for a Consumer Marketing Manager at Fairfax Radiology Centers (FRC) in Fairfax, Virginia. This is an on-site role (with opportunity to work one day/week remote after introductory period is complete).

What You’ll Do:
Develop and Execute Strategic Plans:
- Collaborate with leadership and the Provider Marketing Manager to design comprehensive direct-to-consumer marketing strategies.
- Define and deliver on objectives, focusing on market penetration, brand growth, and lead generation.
Increase Market Share and Brand Awareness:
- Create and implement branding strategies to position FRC as a leader in diagnostic imaging.
Drive Digital and Social Media Engagement:
- Plan and execute a year-long social media content calendar to boost engagement and followers.
- Enhance the website’s user experience to drive appointment requests and other key outcomes.
Plan and Execute Community Events:
- Organize impactful community events to increase patient inquiries and awareness of FRC’s services.
Manage the Marketing Budget:
- Oversee the budget to ensure initiatives deliver measurable returns on investment.
Create High-Impact Marketing Collateral:
- Develop press releases, advertisements, and promotional materials aligned with FRC’s brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to produce professional and effective marketing assets.
Lead and Develop Your Team:
- Mentor and guide the Marketing Assistant, fostering growth and operational excellence.
Ensure Compliance and Organizational Alignment:
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and other regulations.
- Actively participate in meetings, trainings, and management activities to support company goals.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience and Expertise:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or healthcare management.
- At least three years of direct-to-consumer marketing experience; healthcare marketing preferred.
- A comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
On-Site Commitment:
- Ability to work on-site at FRC locations, with one remote day per week following the introductory period.
Technical and Physical Skills:
- Capability to travel between FRC locations as needed.
Communication Proficiency:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
