Description
Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor, Lead and Copper Rule (LCR), the LCR Program Aide provides support to Fairfax Water's LCR Program and related compliance activities. The LCR Program Aide is responsible for assisting with service line inventory development and maintenance, historical records review, customer communications, and various other duties as assigned, and will receive hands-on experience with Fairfax Water's distribution system and regulatory compliance efforts.
Examples of Duties
- Reviews historical records and other distribution system information to help identify service lines materials.
- Assists the LCR Program Supervisor and Technician with customer inquiries and other customer communication efforts.
- Assists with compiling and entering data and other information for compliance reporting.
- Supports the other members of the LCR team, Fairfax Water field staff, and outside consultants in their service line identification efforts.
- Position Hours, Monday-Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm
