- 4 years' experience managing high volume restaurant / nightclub, with direct reports of managers, doorman, floor host person, busser, bartender, cocktail servers.
- General understanding of budgeting, profit and loss statement, labor costs, food and beverage costs, and operation expenses.
- Knowledge of effective food and beverage service techniques and sales strategies.
- Knowledge and experience with Micros POS, Avero Slingshot, Coyle Secret Shoppers, Bevintel, ADP, and Hotschedules a plus.
- Knowledge of service, service etiquette, and standard service practices for full service restaurants, nightclubs, and corporate events.
- Knowledge and experience in production for DJs and live performances.
- Knowledge of standard safety and sanitation practices for food and beverage service.
- Knowledge and experience with brand marketing, social media, and advertising.
