Operations Supervisor
Summary of Position:
Operations Supervisor, sometimes also referred to as Guest Experience Supervisor, is responsible for ensuring that the front desk operations of the hotel run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will supervise front of house staff, manage guest accounts, and oversee all aspects of the guest experience.
Duties:
- Assist in oversight of all aspects of front of house operations, including service, and weekly inventory controls
- Supervise front desk operations and supervise front of house staff including shift coverages as needed
- Train new front desk staff and ensure existing staff receive ongoing training
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to all guests
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve front of house operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Handle inventory for all departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Responsible for tracking enrollments and making sure guest planning screen (gxp) cases are responded to in timely manner
Requirements:

- Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, employee issues, etc.
- Have dependable transportation available
- Able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person
- Able to work a flexible schedule. We are a 24/7 business which may require work availability of nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and person

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
