The Fairfield Inn & Suites Ashtabula hotel that is located in Austinburg is hiring for a Front Desk Agent. Job Summary:
A Front Desk Agent displays a high degree of organization and attention to guest needs. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the highest level of services possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner by following standards of aggressive hospitality and adhering to guidelines and procedures. All of this should be done in a friendly and pleasant demeanor and in a prompt, courteous and respectful manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Coordinates in taking, recording, canceling reservations, wake up calls, courtesy call backs, checking guests in and out, with guest service and satisfaction as our #1 priority.
· Maintain cleanliness of the Corner Market. Stock all goods and maintain inventory of supplies. Inform management when low on stock.
· Ensure that guests’ special requests are provided, such as additional towels, pillows, trash bags, etc. Accommodate guest needs and special requests in a pleasant and professional manner.
· Maintain any reports and checklists given to you by supervisors.
· Communicate with other hotel departments regarding problems which need attention.
