Front Desk Guest Service Agent

Overall Responsibilities:

• Attend to guests' needs, including but not limited to, registration, checkout, and cashiering.
• Promptly respond to and solve guest complaints
• Be friendly, accurate, thorough, and efficient in taking reservations, performing Check-ins, and Check-outs.

Requirements:

• Professional and ethical

• Marriott experience strongly preferred
