Part Time Front Desk - Afternoon Shift

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites Brooklyn Center. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. Preferred hotel experience with Marriott brand.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with luggage and other requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems is a plus
- Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) are desirable but not required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
