Summary
As a Hotel Guest Services Agent, you will be a vital part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Will need to be comfortable working with limited supervision after training is complete. Be able to stand for long periods of time when busy with peak arrival and departure times. Be able to multi-task. Cleaning and stocking is also required.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a hotel setting preferred, but not required
- Front desk experience preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in handling guest services and inquiries
- Strong hospitality background preferred, but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual abilities a plus
- Familiarity with hotel management systems
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest relations
- Previous experience in a resort setting would be beneficial
- Must be friendly and outgoing
- Must be over 18 years of age and graduated high school
