Summary
As a Hotel Guest Services Agent, you will be a vital part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Will need to be comfortable working with limited supervision after training is complete. Be able to stand for long periods of time when busy with peak arrival and departure times. Be able to multi-task. Light cleaning and stocking is also required.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a hotel setting
- Front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in handling guest services and inquiries
- Strong hospitality background
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual abilities a plus
- Familiarity with hotel management systems
- Night audit experience desirable
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest relations
- Previous experience in a resort setting would be beneficial
