We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing maintenance duties.
- Complete any building and room repairs, plumbing, painting, sheetrock work, and carpentry.
Experience
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
- Previous experience working with electrical systems and logic controllers is highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
