Job Overview
In partnership with the Area General Manager, the Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the hotel. Oversees the activities of the key guest contact departments including front office, housekeeping, engineering, security and hotel operations. Implements and oversees the daily quality process at the hotel. Maximizes profitability as well as guest and associate satisfaction. Serves as the top operator in the General Manager's absence. Consults with owners and corporate offices, as required. Interviews, counsels and evaluates staff.
