What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Fairfield Inn & Suites?
Looking for someone to add to our Maintenance team to work and assist our Maintenance Supervisor with all maintenance related and day to day tasks.
Weekends are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine Maintenance: Performing tasks like cleaning floors, replacing light bulbs, and fixing minor issues.
- Facility Upkeep: Ensuring the building and grounds are clean and well-maintained.
- Reporting: Documenting work completed and reporting any recurring problems.
- Building Maintenance: Performing tasks like painting, patching drywall, and general upkeep of building structures.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keeping equipment in good working order, reporting any issues, and performing minor repairs.
- Responding to Emergency Maintenance Requests: Responding promptly to urgent repair requests.
- Following Safety Procedures: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
