ESSENTIAL Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform General Building Maintenance (Carpentry, Drywall, Light Electrical, Painting, Flooring, Plumbing, etc.)
- Perform Preventive Maintenance on Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Equipment (Change filters, clean coils and drain lines, etc.)
- Assist with Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Repairs
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Televisions, CATV Headend Equipment and audio sound systems.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair cabling of all sorts (CAT5, CAT6, Coax, etc.)
- Have the ability to drive vehicles of all types and sizes (Cars, Pickup Trucks, Large Panel Trucks, etc.)
- Have the ability to work in small, hot and dirty environments
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and Electronics training from technical school or related experience
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Louisiana Racing Commission License
Louisiana Drivers License
