Employment Attorney Position
FairLaw Firm is seeking an associate attorney for an in-office position to manage a high-volume employment litigation caseload.
The ideal candidate will have experience litigating cases in Florida state and federal courts, particularly those involving employment law issues.
This role involves meaningful client interaction and opportunities to develop oral argument and negotiation skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and factual analysis to develop case strategies and arguments;
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication and persuasive skills.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, organized, and efficient approach to work;
- Honesty, personability, and excellent communication skills;
- Demonstrated expertise as a practicing attorney with at least one year of experience in a law firm setting;
- Proficiency in Mac computers, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Slack/Teams, Zoom, and case management software;
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
