WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibilities will be :
Strategic Leadership
- Partner with the General Manager to align T&C strategies with the hotel’s business goals.
- Lead cultural transformation initiatives to support brand alignment.
- Monitor T&C metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, and productivity) to drive continuous improvement.
Training and Development
Labor Relations
Employee Relations
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
Compensation and Benefits Management
Compliance and Risk Management
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

Salary expectations : Subject to experience and qualification salary range $130,000 - $160,000
Visa Requirements : Successful candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
