- Support the daily operations of the ServiceNow platform with an emphasis on Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Collaborate closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Configure ServiceNow CSM modules, develop workflows, and enhance the customer self-service experience.
- Assist with system upgrades and maintenance to ensure the platform’s reliability.
