Key Responsibilities
- Administer the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance across the Customer Service Management application.
- Implement necessary enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades to the platform.
- Follow established best practices and standards for ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with agency processes and FedRamp regulations.
- Manage enhancement requests, while developing solutions for the CSM application on the platform.
- Work alongside a team of developers to progress platform initiatives.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, converting them into technical documentation for development.
- Monitor application performance, conduct code analysis, and implement improvements as needed.
- Design user journeys and create user stories to guide the configuration of Customer Service Management.
- Facilitate iterative configuration and engage stakeholders through design reviews.
- Research and recommend enhancements to existing processes and engagements.
- Develop and resolve issues within the ServiceNow production environment for Customer Service Management.
- Execute data mapping and perform bulk data imports/updates when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with CSM technology, particularly in ServiceNow administration.
- Proficient in designing and implementing web-based end-user self-service portals.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, XML, and Web Services.
- Experienced with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policies, and scripting.
- Familiar with integrating ServiceNow with various tools, as well as monitoring and alerting systems.
- Experience in the governmental sector (local, state, or federal).
- Proven success in implementing ServiceNow CSM applications and processes utilizing the CSM framework.
- Background in continuous improvement initiatives for processes and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to conduct insightful analyses and provide comprehensive interpretations of results.
- Capability to obtain a security clearance compliant with FedRamp standards.
