We are seeking a skilled Tier 3 Systems Administrator II to join our DIT Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team for a 6-month hybrid contract. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional security application and software support for endpoint and server operating systems, along with enterprise software and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools including SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus, Tanium, and AGPM.
- Oversee Infrastructure Configuration Management and Remote Endpoint Management Support.
- Engage in Project Management, ensuring meticulous documentation of processes and procedures for optimal efficiency.
- Lead implementation efforts, effectively managing both internal staff and contractors to achieve project goals.
- Proficiency with Intel/AMD-based computing systems (Servers, Desktops).
- Extensive expertise in MECM (inventory, software distribution, patch management, and PowerShell scripting).
- In-depth knowledge of Windows OS 10, 11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, M365, Office 2016, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
- Strong capabilities in LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
- Experience with Azure, Intune (MDM, MAM), and Crowdstrike (Antivirus & Firewall).
- Knowledge of Bitlocker & Defender (Anti-malware and encryption) as well as some familiarity with Ivanti Admin patch management for non-Microsoft applications.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting and maintaining an MECM/SCCM enterprise environment.
- Demonstrable skills in various enterprise technologies and security measures.
- Strong project management skills with proven leadership abilities.
