We are seeking a skilled Tier 3 Systems Administrator II specializing in Azure to join our DIT Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team on an 8-month hybrid contract basis. Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools including SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus, Tanium, and AGPM.
- Oversee Infrastructure Configuration Management and Remote Endpoint Management Support.
- Engage in Project Management and contribute to Process and Procedure Documentation.
- Proficient in Intel/AMD-based computing hardware (Servers, Desktops).
- Extensive expertise in MECM, covering inventory, software distribution, patch management, and PowerShell scripting at an enterprise scale.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows OS 10, 11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory.
- Competency in Microsoft Intune, M365, Office 2016, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities in LAN/WAN environments.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting and maintaining a MECM/SCCM enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with Azure and Intune for mobile device management across Apple and Windows 10 devices.
- Experience with Crowdstrike (Antivirus & Firewall) and knowledge of Bitlocker & Defender (Anti-malware and encryption).
- Understanding of Ivanti Admin for patch management of non-Microsoft applications is preferred.
