Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for ServiceNow ITSM and process enhancement initiatives.
- Exhibit expertise in ServiceNow platform functionalities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and articulate detailed business requirements and process improvement recommendations.
- Partner with departmental subject matter experts (SMEs) to define and optimize workflow processes, applying ITIL, Kaizen, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Engage with various departments, including DIT, MIS, and HR, to design and implement effective process improvement strategies.
- Generate detailed reports and conduct data analysis to assist management in identifying workflow trends and enhancing data integrity.
- Support project coordination efforts and step in as a backup when necessary.
- Understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiently use MS Office and process modeling tools, including the MS Power Suite (e.g., Power Automate, Canva, Visio).
- Proficient in ServiceNow platform functionalities.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the aptitude to process complex information.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Kaizen, and Lean Six Sigma concepts.
- Competence in MS Office and process modeling tools.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Previous experience in analytical roles or business analysis.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
