Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for ServiceNow ITSM and process enhancement initiatives.
- Exhibit expertise in the functionalities of the ServiceNow platform, covering ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
- Demonstrate adaptability, engage in independent research, and efficiently process complex information.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and create comprehensive documentation that reflects business needs and proposed solutions for process improvements.
- Partner closely with department subject matter experts (SMEs) employing ITIL, Kaizen, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to define, implement, and test catalog items aimed at optimizing internal process workflows across various agencies.
- Interface with DIT, MIS, Institutions, Correction Enterprise, HR, Combined Records, Facility Management, etc., to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Develop detailed reports and conduct data analysis to assist management in identifying trends, balancing workloads, and enhancing data accuracy.
- Support management with project coordination and assume backup responsibilities as necessary.
- Maintain a fundamental understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office and process modeling tools, as well as the MS Power Suite (e.g., Power Automate, Canva, Visio, etc.).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM and its associated capabilities.
- Strong analytical acumen with a focus on process optimization.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Kaizen, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Competence in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Office and various process modeling tools, including the MS Power Suite.
